Custom built, very well maintained, insulated 3 bedroom/2bathroom house on 10.19 acre land with privacy, big spring fed pond, private trails, horse barn, garage and ample space above the garage for storage. 15 minutes to Woodstock, 20 minutes to Ludlow or Springfield, 30/40 minutes to Upper Valley. Tenant is responsible for utilities, except heating expense. The house is furnished, but we are open for other options, there is plenty of room for additional pieces of furniture, if you have yours, or you can store yours in the storage above the garage. A 12 month lease agreement would be ideal , but we are open for a seasonal ski rental, someone who is looking for a temporary place while enjoying snowmobiling or perhaps someone who is looking to purchase a house and needs to explore the area. Price has increased due to heating costs being included. House available for monthly vacation rental as well as 12 month lease agreement. A seasonal/short term rental rental agreement will vary based on your needs: 1 month $4500/month including all utilities 2 months $4200/month including all utilities 3 months $4000/month including all utilities 6 months or longer $3600/month and tenants are responsible for utilities. House is furnished, but you are welcome to use your furnishings as well. It might be ideal for a family that just sold their home and is in between rentals or purchasing a new house and would like to check the area.
