The property features 3 exterior security camera, located on the front of the house, facing the front walkway. The camera is outward-facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound while guests are in residence Owner has paid for current Propane and Plowing of street and parking spaces for the 22-23 snow season. Renter will be responsible for utilities (Internet, Water, Electricity, Clearing snow access on walkway to the house). Pets allowed with permission from the owner. Two Parking spaces on the street directly in front of the house are available during snowy months. More space available around the side of the house once the snow melts. No Smoking in the house.
