This cottage has it all in one small package: new paint, flooring, furnishings, linens, kitchenware. Full sized washer and dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, new vanity, walk-in closet with dresser and luggage rack. I appreciate the 50's vibe in the kitchen, from the buffed up stove and the overhead light fixture. The living and dining room has a sharp table with benches. In the pics you can see it used as a work-from-home office and zoom calls. There are 3 bar stool type chairs for casual eating at the counter. Or use the table for dining. Besides the 2 benches, there are chairs, as you prefer. The property boasts a good sized back yard, where you can grill dinner and enjoy the outdoors. UTILITIES: All utilities and Internet are provided. There is a $75 monthly cap on electric usage, and you are welcome to pay for any premium services you may desire. Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Full kitchen set up. Linens. Outdoor furniture and grill. Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. We require first, last and deposit to move in. Deposit represents refundable security.
