Available November through March only. Welcome to the community of Sugarwood Beach, one of the most secluded and peaceful neighborhoods in the Seagrove community. The 2,000 square-foot home sits on a .3 acre wooded lot near the end of Wood Beach Drive, on the edge of a cul-de-sac. It features a garage, wood-burning fireplace and a backyard for nature lovers, full of native magnolias, palmettos and bay trees, and it is a Certified Wildlife Habitat, set against protected wetlands with a creek at the back of the property. We often sit in the sunroom just to look out on the back yard and have a cup of coffee. The back of the house is all windows. Two spacious bedrooms sleep six (one king, one queen,) and there are bunkbeds in the master. Sofas in the living room and sunroom. Wood tile flooring in the public areas and luxury carpet in the bedrooms. Velvet sofa and chairs in the living room, marble end table. Dining table can seat 8. Kitchen counter seats 4, and the game table in the sunroom seats four. We can attest that it is GREAT for dinner parties! Bathrooms are ceramic tile with cast iron tubs. HUGE laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. In the last 3 years the house has had a new roof, new hot water heater and new HVAC. The exterior is being painted this October. It's a 10-15 minute walk (depending on your pace) to the beach and we have dedicated access directly across the street from our neighborhood with bike racks and a shower. Only available for winter 2023/2024 - November through March. Prefer at least 3 month lease length. Credit check required. No pets, no smoking. Utilities included except for electric bill. Security deposit of one month's rent.
