Home is $1,400 down then rent is $690 every 2 weeks. You pay the down when we sign papers. Then later to move in you pay 2 of the bi-weekly rent payments (1st and last) Rent to Own is a program we offer to help folks that want to own a home, but aren't ready to get a traditional bank loan yet (credit problems, divorce, self-employment - whatever!) With Rent to Own the house is tied up for you while you're renting it so you have time to get things in order to get a bank loan later.
