Rental is the bottom half of the house (the top half is currently occupied by us, the owners), but your space has a private entrance, kitchen, living areas. Space is fully furnished. 2 renters max for this space. 2 parking spots max. Rent for 3 months is $2,750 Rent for 6 months is $2,500 Rent for 1 year is $2,250 Renter pays for the electrical. All other utilities and WiFi are included. WiFi is great for remote work (79 Mbps)! Willing to lower the rent further for someone who is looking to stay more than a year. First months rent due at lease signing as well as $3,000 security deposit. The renter is responsible for damage outside of normal wear and tear. Before and after photos will be taken.
