This entire house will be yours to occupy and cones complete with a fully furnished kitchen. From coffee maker, to toaster, personal sized blender, full size microwave, Kitchen Aid pots and pans, and even an Air fryer, you'll have no problem making your world famous dishes and desserts! Owner pays for all landscaping, utilities, garbage, high speed internet, and electricity (up to $300). 30 day minimum stay. No pets allowed. First months rent and refundable deposit due upon lease signing. Rent due within first 10 days of the month. After that, there will be a $50/day late fee up to $300. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Tenants responsible cleaning, and general maintenance (ie changing light bulbs, replacing batteries). Parking available on driveway.
