The Apartment is available NOW until May 31, 2024. IT IS ALREADY RENTED EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2024. The Apartment is NOT furnished and I will not furnish it. You may want to contract with a furniture rental company for what you need. I do NOT rent individual bedrooms. One contract for the 4 bedroom apartment is required. Extremely large apartment. Four very large bedrooms are upstairs, each with a (non-functional) beautiful fireplace. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other bath is on the hallway. Each bedroom has its own entrance without going through another bedroom. Downstairs there is a big entryway, a large living room, and an eat-in kitchen with all appliances provided and maintained. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air/heat. Entrance is from the side of the house (the front apartment at 5939 Freret is already rented until May 31, 2024). Shared backyard and patio. Tenants pay all utilities. Landlord provides the yard care. The offstreet parking is dedicated to the other apartment, not this one. Pets are considered individually and if accepted a pet deposit is required.
