The guest room queen bed is a pull open wall bed (AKA Murphy bed). The mattress does not fold and is very comfortable. Both beds are spring mattresses (not foam) and very supportive. Nice quality and stylish furniture throughout the home. Great stainless steal appliances, refinished original fir wood floors, Large high quality area rugs in living room, dining room, and both bedrooms. Tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, heated bathroom floor, clawfoot tub, updated bathroom and kitchen, covered front porch with Adirondack chairs. Just a few blocks from restaurants, coffee shops, grocers, pubs/bars and movie theater. 1 block from Trimet Bus stop. Private residential neighborhood location with easy and free off-street & street parking. A long term tenant lives in the separate basement apartment. Shared back stairwell, laundry room & washer/dryer with basement tenant. Yard service provided every other Tuesday. A small (30-ish lb. or less), adult, potty trained, quiet dog is welcome. Your dog should be friendly with other people. No cats or birds, sorry. Heads up :) - this is a 100 year old house and there is a separate apartment in the basement. We have insulated very well but you may still hear some minimal sound transfer. Please be respectful of noise levels. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. The fireplace is decorative only. Absolutely no smoking indoors. Keep all shared areas clean at all times.
