Tons of storage ie panty closet in kitchen as well as bedrooms. Mud room is generous for four season weather. Sickler road is a quiet long circuitous road (local destination walking road). It's lined with blackberry bushes and all kinds of beautiful vegetation. There is a bluestone patio on the side of the dwelling. A seasonal creek is breathtaking. Across the creek is New York State land. The kitchen has a new refridgerator (some of shelving still in the box!) and the dishwasher is a few years old.
