Family home for rent. Taking applications. FIRST FULLY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS TAKE PRIORITY. My family's home is a 'heritage preservation' for our family. We are privileged to maintain this property. The home has 4 bedrooms (w/closets), 2 bathrooms, formal dining room, living room, large family room, sunroom, and lockable storage room. The front has an enclosed front porch. It has an attached 1.5 car garage. Provided appliances (all new 2019-2022) are frig, range/stove, dishwasher, dehumidifier. The gas water heater was replaced a couple of months ago due to age. The furnace is gas. We are paying $1400/yr for lawn care and tree spraying. We pay for professional cleaning and preventative pest spraying between each tenant. The tenant is responsible for security deposit, 12 month lease with monthly pd on time ($222.92 less than HUD's fair market rent for 4 BR for this county). Tenant is reponsible for city bill, POB rent, snow removal, NPPD bill, and gas bill. And also for pest control after move in and confirmed yearly carpet cleaning. We work with Section 8 or VASH. ALL full or part time tenants must be included on the lease and all adults are back-ground checked. No pets are accepted. The Zillow application is the first application requirement; then NE requires an additional application to meet the current state requirements. Only serious inquiries please.
