Our 1/3 of a mile shoreline of rugged and enticing rock formations are for artists and adventurers alike, with swimming, gazing and tidal pools galore to explore. Beyond the ocean views and access, the houses, clay tennis court, fields, goats, chickens and more are connected between winding woodland paths. Stay at Sharksmouth Estate from Feb 1st - May 31st. The Winter Tenant is responsible for heat (oil), electricity, telephone, cable/internet. Snow removal and ground maintenance done by Landlord. No smoking.
