Enjoy the river views sitting on the back deck and or lounging in the back yard. There is a gas grill to barbecue your favorite dish. You are welcome to bring a non-motorized watercraft to launch from the beach or dock. Situated in Gloucester's Riverdale neighborhood, the location is ideal to explore the villages of Annisquam and Lanesville. It's a short drive to downtown Gloucester. Travel to Boston, Salem, and Beverly is easy with the close proximity to Route 128 and the commuter rail for day trips. Dogs OK. No cats. First, Last & Security due at signing. Tenant responsible for heat (gas), hot water, electric, cable, and snow removal. Landlord responsible for water/sewer, internet, and lawn maintenance. No smoking. No events or parties.
