The house is almost as old as Sahan Dosova, and it's wrinkles and cracks in the plaster of the walls show it's age. Yet it is also cared for and clean. The Parlor, Dining Area and Fully Equipped Kitchen are on the first floor. The second floor has two very large bedrooms with a King and a Queen and an updated bathroom. The second floor also has a Tropical Tikki Bar! The television room and office are on the third floor and there is an extra full sized and twin bed up there for guests. This place is close to shopping and restaurants and most everything else and it is just two blocks from the bus stop where you can catch the Rabbit Transit and go anywhere that you want in the town of York. The following utilities will be paid for by the renter: Electric and Gas. The following utilities and services are included: Water, Sewer, Garbage and Recycling, Lawn Maintenance, Basic Internet. No smoking allowed inside the home, but vaping is allowed. There is room in the driveway for 2 vehicles, however, it can be difficult to exit if vehicle is not turned around facing the road which makes it tight. There's also room for one or two doggies, however due to insurance restrictions, we will not be able to approve certain breeds, any attack dogs or wolf hybrids. Cats are not allowed.
