Welcome to the West Suite at The Cottage on Lake Macatawa Spacious West Suite including 1 bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the lawn & the lake, a sitting area, and a walk in closet. Expansive bathroom including a whirlpool tub, tile shower, and TONS of counter space. PLEASE ASK about the second bedroom!! This room sleeps up to 4.* Numerous lease terms available depending on the time of the year and length of stay. PLEASE INQUIRE about your specific dates. Please do not ask if we will allow pets, we will not. Access to shared common areas which include stocked kitchen, great room, formal dining room and sitting room. Guests are also welcome to use the patio by the lake, fire pit, dock and yard. The family is home majority of the time so expect to share this space. Laundry room is available, but it is shared with the owner so please plan to coordinate use ahead of time. There is a small amount of space at the dock for a boat or jetski/jetskis. Please ask about pricing!! The indoor pool could be accessible, please ask about use of this VERY unique feature.* There is a private room with a competition sized pool table that could be made available.* About the space - Guests will enter through the front door and use the massive two story foyer, which is a common area, to access the West Suite. The West Suite area is 100% private and includes an auto-locking door. Other areas of the home are "pass-through" and are used by the family. Please park in the drive directly in front of the house. You can access the backyard patio and dock by walking down the driveway on the west side of the house Guest access - Guests will have pass though access to the Grand Foyer, main level kitchen, dining room and sitting room. They will have private access to the West Suite areas as described above. Other areas including staircases and closed doors will be labeled "for family use only."
