The living room & dining room have refinished hardwood floors, and off the living room is a sunroom with new windows & a new exterior door. Blinds for the sunroom windows are on order. The kitchen has a lot of counter space & storage (some can't be seen in the pictures) and the refrigerator & stove are included. Both bedrooms are good size and separated by the bathroom. The bathroom has an east facing window for morning light. The unfinished basement has storage shelves, a lot of storage space, glass block windows and the washer & dryer. The main entrance to home is fenced and a "run" connects to a sunny yard surrounded by a privacy fence. The 1-car detached garage has a side door that leads directly to the main door of the house. Tenant is responsible for snow & ice removal (to suit tenant's needs) and for picking up trash, not a small task unfortunately, around once a week.
