Only one application is accepted at a time - if the Vinebrook website does not allow you to submit an application then the home is on hold for someone. Please check back frequently. Applications are processed within 2 days. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days with a deposit equal to one months rent. Please apply only if you are able to take possession of home within 14 days of your application being approved.Our primary "RENTAL CRITERIA" includes income of 3x monthly rent, no evictions within the last 5 years and a good credit history. Renter is responsible for all utilities, snow removal, lawn care and majority of maintenance.
