Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom cabins located on beautiful Chickamauga Lake in Soddy Daisy, TN. This cabin is available for long and short term rentals. Each bedroom features a queen bed with mattress and bedding. Each room also has a TV. Living room has furniture, large TV. 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo. The tile is original from the 1960's so there may be some imperfections. Kitchen has refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, and dishes to use. 1 Year Lease First month rent and deposit is due at signing of lease. Cabin is fully furnished and items cannot be removed. Tenant is responsible for any damages to the cabin or furniture. Parking is directly in front of the cabin. Rent is due on the first of each month. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Pets are allowed at the discretion of the property manager (approval is based on size of animals and amount of pets). You must pick up after your pets. Tenant is responsible for all electricity the owner pays for water. Rent for a 1 year lease is $1,850/month with a $1,850 deposit.
