This is a unique situation. We are pursuing an intentional living concept called Red Tractor Project. You would be involved in the early stages. Living here involves participating in the concept. We anticipate you will have some source of outside income but will also be interested in contributing to this project. Elk Heights Ranch is a 200 acre property on a historic dude ranch from the early 1900's. In recent years a 7000 sqft private lodge retreat was built along with a detached 2800 sqft log guest facility. The approximate 550 sqft guest rooms are furnished and can be custom outfitted. Each unit has it's own bath, shower, and mini kitchenette. Each room has brand new mini-split heat and a/c. There will be access to not only the 200 acres and nearby state forest but also another 180 acres overlooking and adjacent to the Yakima River Canyon and the Palouse to Cascades Trail. Guests will have access to the lodge access to the 2500 sqft movement studio. Also for laundry. Guest will also be invited to special events that may take place from time to time in the lodge. There is a significant equine facility on the property. There is a covered riding arena and an on-site outfitter. Boarding can be offered as a possibility. The owners live on site in his private "corner" of the lodge. Looking forward to offering great experiences and making new connections. Fernanda is a yoga master from Argentina with an international following. Red Tractor Project resides on the property and is a concept intended to address challenges of adapting to climate and cultural change. RTP is a vision and legacy to be passed down to generations.
