Ranch home with one bedroom and one bathroom house with a deck in the rear of the house. Single car garage but it is a bit on the small side. House is located on a corner lot . Very large living room, dining in kitchen and partly finished basement. Laundry hook up in the basement. Tenant pays all utilities and the security deposit is $1000. This is a No Pet and No Smoking unit. All applicants 18 years or older will fill out an application and there is a credit and background check. Proof of Renter's Insurance is required prior to move in. The fee is $50 and us non-refundable. All showings are by appointment only and scheduled between Monday - Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. No Sunday or Holiday showings.
