This lakeside retreat is located on a quiet, tree-lined road, providing an "up north feel." This 1930's cabin has been freshly updated and is the perfect spot for you and your family or friends to relax, make memories and focus on the important things in life. The first includes a queen bed and the second includes a full bed. There is also a twin daybed with a trundle pull out bed. There is 1 bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee pot. The water is from a well, however we have installed a RO filter for cooking and drinking. The dining room faces the lake and seats 6. There is also a table and chairs in the seasonal porch to play games or hang out. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and plenty of storage space and hooks for your things. There is a patio overlooking the lake that has a seating area and fire table and picnic table. We also have a charcoal grill. We have a dock if you would like to bring your boat (via the public access). We also have a paddle boat you can use. Sorry, no campers. Please bring your own life jackets, sunscreen and beach towels. The lake has a hard sandy bottom for swimming and is popular for recreation and fishing. It has a restaurant, bait shop and boat rental. There is also a bar and grill within 2 miles. The town of Annandale is 7 miles away and has a grocery store, restaurants, shops, coffee shop, pizza delivery place, 3 golf courses, churches, parks and more. The town of Clearwater is 9 miles away and has a restaurant, grocery store, coffee shop and more. The cabin is located 1 hour west of the twin cities and 30 minutes south of St. Cloud. We know you'll love it here! Lease duration is month to month unless predetermined between tenant and landlord. Payment due on first of month.
