This is a great home right in the center of town on a quiet street. It is close to two schools, downtown, supermarkets and the town hall. On the upper level you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the basement another office space, finished room, and a workshop. Last year we installed a new HVAC, Furnace and cleaned the ducts. Painted the house, professionally washed the carpets and installed new appliances. We provide an extra fridge in the basement. Bathrooms were redone. The house has a specious deck on the back and lots of space around it for playing or just chilling. There are two parking spots off the street and extra space for a boat / camper. We may accept pets with additional payment and deposit and looking for a long term renter. No smoking house. Renter responsible for utilities, mowing the grass and snow removal. Standard contract requirements in the lease. Term - one full year or more.
