The house is short-term / vacation rental and is provided fully furnished, inclusive of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, bed linens and towels. Rental terms of 1 to 6 months available. The house is centrally located mid-strand in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood centrally located between the North and South Strand with the added advantage of being just 15-minutes from the beach. There are 2 seasonal pools for your use and enjoyment. Restaurants and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. The house has 2 bedrooms, each accompanied by an attached bathroom, this single-story dwelling eliminates the need for stairs. It offers a complete kitchen, a dining area, a Carolina room that gazes upon the encompassing woods, and a patio with a barbecue setup. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom contains two twin beds. Additionally, the living room provides a pull-out couch fitted with a new memory foam mattress. The house is short-term / vacation rental and is fully furnished, including linens. Rental terms of 1 to 6 months available. Utilities included in the rental amount are: Internet, basic cable TV, water and trash service. Tenant is responsible for any electric charges over $100 per month. In addition to the monthly rental amount of $2,300, the required 12% accommodations tax will be collected on any stay less than 90 nights. The first month's rental amount is due before taking possession. The $1,500 security deposit is due at Lease signing. Max occupants in the house are 5, including infants and children. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the house. The garage is not included in the rental, unless a special arrangement with the Owner is made. Parking is available in the driveway, allowing for a maximum of 2 cars parked side-by-side. Street parking is prohibited as per HOA restrictions as well as any trailers. The house is expected to be kept in reasonably clean and sanitary condition during your stay. At the end of the rental term, the house and furnished items are to be left in the condition found. The house is expected to be fully cleaned to the condition it was in when you took possession - including the cleaning of all appliances, bathrooms, floors, linens, etc. or a cleaning fee of $60 an hour will be taken from your security deposit to restore the house to its possession condition. If there is more than wear and tear damage to any furnished items, repair or replacement cost will come out of your security deposit. If interested in renting the house, an application through Zillow that includes a credit report must be submitted before we can show the property. If your credit report is satisfactory, we can arrange a time to show the property to you. Thank you.
