The algorithm overlooks that this home is located in the middle of an outdoors lover's paradise. The neighborhood provides for great walking on virtually carless paved streets. From the neighborhood, a walking trail leads to the locally known gem 'Shank Park' - Derry Township's oasis for outdoor and family activities with picnic tables and jungle gyms, full baseball and soccer fields, walking, running and mountain bike trails, and the well known sledding hill that children and parents eagerly make use of when school takes a winter snow day off. The 'State Game Lands' are a 2 mi, 3 minute drive away, where runners, walkers, hikers and dog lovers make use of its vast trail network for off-leash walks and runs.
