SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our guest. In-person tours available when vacant RENT includes all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required. PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
