We will review your credit history for several factors (debt/income ratios, history of payments, longevity, types of accounts in derogatory standing). We can sometimes approve applicants with marginal or limited credit history with a co-signer and/or double deposit. High likelihood of denial: not meeting the minimum score of 550, poor credit scores with lots of recent delinquencies and/or charge offs; any monies owed to past landlords; unpaid utility accounts, excessive recent charge offs / collections.
