Furnished home is well equipped with everything you would need during your stay including a well equipped kitchen. The house has a lot of character and is very Zen with lots of plants around the house. The fenced in backyard is very quite and serene with a outdoor pond. If you want a quite, private space, you are in the right place. Enough closet and drawer space for your stay. Laundry, WiFi. Pet fees apply. Two of the rooms have its own entrance. One of the rooms has a queen bed, microwave, small refrigerator, Dresser, closet space. The other 2 rooms have king size beds. Hanger present in the closet. Hair dryer and Iron board available upon request. Bathroom is equipped with Liquid soap and towels. If you are looking for long term stay, let's talk. Cleaning service every 2 weeks. For stays longer than 1 week, the guest launders their bed linens. If you need replacement linens, let me know. There is large TV in the family room, computer desk space, if you are working. Renter pays for all the utilities. Dogs allowed after approval and pet fee and deposit applies. First and last month rent at signing of lease. NO SMOKING in the house.
