We are renting our lovely house, which is close to Pitt, Carnegie Mellon, Chatham, and Robert Morris. It's conveniently located; close to the Parkway and a short bus ride from the universities. From here you can walk to cafes and yoga classes, restaurants, bars, a theater, stores, or you can take your dog for a walk at Frick Park. There are 3 bedrooms and a finished attic, 1 bathroom and a yard, a renovated kitchen and a full basement. It has faux wood floors on the 1st floor, carpet in the bedrooms on the 2nd and wood on the 3rd floor. The house comes with central heat, a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, dryer and a washer. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed but breed restrictions apply.
