This Franklin home is just minutes away from Cool Springs and charming downtown Franklin. Designed with your home away from home experience in mind, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is ready for you! The main floor offers a semi-open layout, with plenty of areas to get away on your own. The light filled home office balances your work space with easy access to the rest of the downstairs. When your done working, enjoy the large fenced in back yard- perfect for a summer evening hangout and grilling dinner right outside of the newly renovated kitchen! Spend your evenings in front of the fireplace in the cozy, yet spacious living room, then end the day soaking in the master en suite tub or wash it all away in the large walk in shower. Amenities include: Kitchen set up for your at home cooking needs Large fenced in back yard with patio area and grill Two car garage and driveway parking Large closets, including primary bedroom walk in closet High speed fiber internet Large living room off the eat in kitchen Gas fireplace Formal dining area Washer and dryer on second floor Office space with large monitor, keyboard, and printer Owner pays all utilities Checkin: 3PM CST Checkout: 10AM CST Please ask us about early checkin or late checkout. We need to check if our cleaners are able to accommodate. If they are, it is a $55 charge.Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests. Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean up. No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do NOT allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. When parking, please do not block the neighbors' driveway and if parking on the street, please follow the street parking rules. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Please reach out before booking if you are bringing a pet. The initial pet fee is $350. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at expense of the guest. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please be sure to make arrangements prior to your stay. If pets are allowed, please make sure to pick up your pet litter, or extra cleaning charges will apply.
