Price listed is for a ONE MONTH lease. The home can be rented shorter or longer than one month and price can be negotiated accordingly. Contact us for rates and for more information. Stay in the historic Forest Hill area of Cleveland Heights in our Wyatt Road home, located minutes to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Severance Hall (home to the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra), and other Cleveland destinations. The neighborhood is super quiet. No cut through traffic. Many neighbors take morning and evening walks. The house is close to grocery stores, Starbucks, Target, the Forest Hill Playground, and the Coventry and Cedar/Lee shopping and eating districts. Our Wyatt Road home is ideal for families and for Cleveland Clinic patients. Lots of space to spread out and play. First floor has a bedroom, a half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen area, and a sunroom with large windows overlooking the backyard. Perfect for relaxing and reading. The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the living room area where you'll find a Smart TV with Roku hookups. Washer and dryer located in basement area. The kitchen has all major appliances and cookware. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV. It connects to a full retro-style tiled bathroom with original wallpaper. Standing shower, toilet, and sink. No bathtub. The bathroom connects to the second bedroom with a full bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twins in each room. Both of these bedrooms are carpeted. They share a full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Reilly Properties is a first class property management company. What does that mean? It means if your rental needs repair service, we are there promptly, not a week later. We only lease clean and well maintained properties in good neighborhoods. In return, we expect the same quality response from our tenants. The rent is on time, not a week later. Length of stay is negotiable. Utilities and security deposit amount are based on length of stay.
