Built in 2018, in exclusive high-end McKee Farms Development (multi-million dollar Custom Executive homes). 6 bedrooms & 1 den (can be used as 7th bedroom or office). No sublet allowed, but this home has a mother-in-law apartment in the basement with its own separate entrance, separate garage, etc. 3 full bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 down), and two half bathrooms. House will be deep cleaned and all paint/repairs will be fixed before move-in. I'm an experienced landlord & I'll be very thorough in background checks to find the right renter(s) that will take excellent care of this home that I designed & built. HUGE fenced back yard with lots of grass - large covered back patio. *If interested, I might be willing to sell the furniture to the family who rents from me if they want it (ex: the couch & TV in the family room, the dinning table & chairs, etc). Same goes for 2 refrigerators and the washer & dryer ... I'll sell to the right renters (or maybe rent the home as partially furnished for more $ per month? we can discuss if you're interested). Home is in a Cul-de-sac so its super safe for kids & there are tons of kids on this street. I'm open to pets but there will be extra fees & deposit. Renter pays for all utilities & will put them in Renter's name as much as utilities allow that. I'll screen tenant applications for credit history, criminal background, job history, etc. I am very picky about who will live in and rent my house - so if you know you have problems with your background, please don't apply.
