There is a private fire-pit to the back yard and small front deck at the main entrance. Separate AC/Heat units for upstairs and downstairs allow you to keep each area comfortable or save money when not needed. The home is located just off 74A with easy access to 240 and 40 interstates that give you quick access to downtown Asheville to the West(less than 10 minutes) or Black Mountain (20 Min) to the East. The entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is less than five minutes from the house. Lawn maintenance and pest control are included in the rent. Friendly neighbors and lots of families in the neighborhood if you have little ones. The landlord lives 2 miles away and easily accessible for any rental needs.
