Beautiful hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom, deep closet storage, and right next to Hucrest Elementary School which includes a large playground and school track. Please reach out to us regarding your desired dates and housing needs. We have many properties in the area and each have their own unique accommodations and various dates they become available. Lease agreements are arranged on a per case basis but typically range 3 months as most travel professionals are in 3 month contracts. There is always the option to extend with 30 days notice. Some of our contracts have gone as long as 3 years. We are seasoned in working with housing placement (CRS) for insurance claims along with many travel professionals needing temporary housing while in Roseburg. Please note, all furnishings are provided and no furniture can be moved into the property. *We do not currently offer unfurnished rentals at this time.
