Pet Policy Up to 2 dogs are permitted with $100 pet fee for short-term or $1,000 for long-term. Cats, more than 2 dogs, and all other pets are negotiable. All pets are subject to screening prior to approval. Screening Application and screening will be done by Zillow, Apartments.com, or Avail.co. Landlord does not collect any application fees. Landlord will not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made by consumer reporting agencies. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is required for long-term leases. If tenant has pet(s), insurance must include coverage for pet-related property damage or personal injury like dog bites. Occupancy Limit Maximum occupancy of 16 people for short-term stays, or a max of 4 adults with children for long-term stays. Subletting Subletting is not permitted. Smoking Smoking / Vaping is not permitted.
