The fourth bedroom has a private entrance from the outside, and shares a bathroom with bedroom two and three. There is a spacious deck for outdoor entertaining and dining, and a grill area with separate seating on a patio. There is also a meditation garden where you can spend time with a book and your thoughts. It boasts a hammock and windchimes for an afternoon of relaxation, a washer and dryer, and a separate space are prefer provided the grounds of our parking for you and your guest. The 22 acres boast privacy, escape from a busy and noisy life, and abundant nature. History enthusiast will enjoy participating in reenactments of Civil War, and revolutionary war history at the mini state parks. there is abundance of flowers and shrubs, all planted by the owner, and there is space for a family and children to spend hours playing catch or just gambling the pastures. I suspect the owner lives in a separate facility on the property, and has dogs and horses for you to pet and cuddle. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Owner will provide maintenance for outside. rent is due upon signing lease and payment is to be made monthly before the 3rd of the month. There will be an assessment of 10% for any late payment. No smoking is allowed in the house. This is not a pet friendly rental.the high speed internet will be paid by tenants and will run 79.00 per month.
