This fully furnished home is available MONTH TO MONTH beginning on November 1, 2023 through May 15, 2024. Short term, leisure travel, or transitional housing only. Launch it 1/2 block away and enjoy your days out on the lake. Spend days at the beach just two blocks down and take in the amazing sunsets. Bring your bikes, beach towels and toys. Picnic at the lakefront park right across the street with a kids playground and volleyball court. This home away from home has been newly renovated. Large backyard allows for kids to run and play. Clothes line to dry your swimsuits and beach towels. We have a volleyball, soccer ball, as well as many toys and games for the kids. We also have the bag toss yard game. Grill dinner (natural gas) and eat out on the back patio, and after have smores around the firepit. Morning coffee in the screened in patio is very relaxing. The garage in the summer months doubles as a kids playroom (Roku TV for movies, large game table for games, and fun toys). It's raining? No problem, just lift the garage door and the kids can enjoy outside, inside! Utilities included: central heat/ac, internet, Roku TV, water, trash, and landscaping. During the winter months snow removal is at the discretion of the renter. No pets, smoking only in screened in patio. Deposit and first month rent at the time of signing, and 30 Days Notice required.
