Location is near Lake Wenatchee with hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, running, mountain biking, road cycling, dirt biking, climbing, foraging, XC skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Great location for river floating (private access) and 30 minutes from Steven's Pass. I get my driveway plowed but you still need 4WD to live here due to the amount of snow we can get. Very close to Fish Lake and Lake Wenatchee State Park in Chiwawa River Pines neighborhood. Please note I have a very friendly and inquisitive medium sized dog - Catahoula leopard/aussie/beagle mix. He's very mellow but needs to be a solo dog. I cannot make exceptions for your pets. UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT including high speed internet. Lease term could be 6 months if necessary. Off-street parking included for 1 vehicle, additional vehicles negotiable. First month plus security deposit (depends on lease term) and $35 application fee.
