Inside of the house there are three bedrooms with full sized beds, full closets, and dressers. There is a cozy living room with a comfy 9 ft couch (great for naps) which faces a 75 in TV. Walk through the living room and you will enter an open/spacious kitchen which leads to the laundry area which leads to a quaint backyard. Along with the main rooms, there is an open area as soon as you enter the front door to store essentials such as shoes or jackets (the basement is available for storage as well); behind the laundry room, there is a small room that can operate as a workspace. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. While exploring, enjoy short daily walks to liberty park along with a tasty breakfast at The Park Caf; or, with a car, you have the ability to be shopping in the city within 5 min, be at the University of Utah within 15 min, and even be enjoying the snowy mountains in 30 min. The lease duration is a minimum of 2 months and no maximum; just let me know how long you want to stay. No smoking is allowed in my house. I will take care of paying the utilities. The monthly payment is $2500 and a flat $300 utility bill. Your security deposit will be returned at the end of your lease. I will some animals, just ask. If there are damages, part of your deposit will be used to fix them. Minimum lease length is 2 months and I have no maximum. Having to do with maintenance, I do not have a yard guy. It doesn't really grow much in the winter but you may maintain it as you please. If you wish to get rid of or add anything just ask. If you wish for the house to be cleaned during your stay, that is your responsibility.
