I am heading south for 3 months this winter and am renting out my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home for the timeframe of January 1- March 32. These dates are not negotiable, would prefer the full 3 month rental but willing to do just two months as well. There will be a near by property manager for any urgent needs. This home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. This home is in a great neighborhood in the village of Vernon, right near the town line of Mukwonago. It has easy access to the interstate, Mukwonago is a short 5 minute drive and Waukesha 15 minutes. Rent would include: all utilities (heat, water, gas, electric) WiFi (high speed, I work remote) 4 Smart TV's with streaming services 6 person outdoor Hot Tub (if wanted, otherwise we will empty before renting) 2 car garage (will be empty) Snowblower (if you are not willing to do snow removal, we can negotiate a service to do so) Nordic Track Spin Bike with Ifit login/access for live and pre-recorded classes, and Bowflex weight set (in basement) gas grill House details: Master bedroom includes king bed, walk in closet, sitting area. Very large. Spare bedroom includes king bed, closet and smart TV Spare bedroom includes full size bed, closet. Fully fenced yard, almost 1 acre 2 living room areas with sectionals, recliners and smart TVS 2 working areas/offices with desks and chairs Unfinished basement includes washer/dryer Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, side by side sink (with water/ice), gas stove, microwave 1 full bathroom with shower/tub and 1 sink 1 3/4 bathroom with large jetted tub, stand up shower and 1 sink Smart thermostat I do have dogs (and an XL doggy door with access to the outside) , so I am willing to consider a dog (NO cats) but would require more information/references and possibly a deposit based on the information given.
