Newly remodeled home sitting underneath the trees in the very unique spacious neighborhood of Nottingham Square. Completely new kitchen built from the ground up last year, brand new luxury vinyl plank wood floors throughout the house and expanded backyard and patio built in 2022. Includes: all new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer and new gas fireplace. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Open concept with lots of light. Forced air/air conditioning and the fireplace really heats up the living area in the winter. The neighbors are adorable. Many older folks, some newer couples, but most people have been here since the early 80s when Nottingham was designed. This speaks volumes to how lovely it is to live in this little pocket of forest. 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the Badlands desert, with Alpenglow park (dog park, rock climbing, food trucks and amphitheater) opening this summer across the field next to our neighborhood. This is in a ridiculously good location for Bend. The canal also runs through our neighborhood with a semi-private path along the water that continues miles into south east Bend. I would prefer at least a year rental, and am looking for folks who want to stay even longer. Pets are usually okay, let's talk about it! Renter pays gas/electricity and HOA fees. Owner pays water, trash and sewage. Pets are included but not more than two. Your dogs must be kept on a leash in the shared greenways but there is a forest and a big field on each end of the neighborhood that folks let their dogs off leash. As the flooring and walls are all newly treated, please make sure to keep pet stains cleaned. Please please NO tobacco smoking in the house, but of course feel free to do whatever you like in the back yard! Some of our family are highly affected by tobacco and we can't have anything sinking into the materials of the house. Smoking weed is fine but prefer it to be kept outside. We have a two car garage and a driveway that fits up to 4 cars, so there is plenty of space. The HOA requires that we keep the areas around the house clean and the garbage cans inside of the garage at all times. If you have a trailer please keep it in the garage as well. The grounds around the house are watered by the HOA. I prefer one months' rent up front as a security deposit plus the first two rental months paid in full. So that's three months up front. Some exceptions may apply. The goal is to have someone move into my home who aims to stay for years to come!
