This is a fully furnished 3 bed, 1 bath home on a safe and friendly street in Airport Heights with a fully fenced yard. The kitchen has all of the basic items you may need to cook simple meals. Each bedroom has a smart tv, bedding, and at least one lamp. There is a two-car driveway plus plenty of street parking. Close to Fire Island Bakery, trail system, and a quick commute to anywhere in Anchorage. Sorry, no pets are allowed. No drugs of smoking on property. 3-month minimum stay. Available October 1st, 2023 until April 31st, 2024. Our dates can be a little flexible. $2500 security deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit upon move-out to pay for a professional deep-clean. If you are respectful of our property, we plan to return the security deposit in full, less the deep cleaning fee. A 6-month lease is required from November 1st through April, 2024. No subletting, and all occupants must be listed on the lease. Please reach out for additional information. We do not allow pets, drugs or smoking in or on our properties. This beautifully decorated, fully-furnished home is ready for you to move in. Just bring your clothes! There is a home alarm system monitored by Guardian Security Systems, electronic door entry, driveway parking, Cusinart pots and pans, and more. Washing machine and dryer in-unit! :) Upon signing the lease, we require a full security deposit up front, which is fully refundable at the end of the lease as long as there is no physical damage to the house or furnishings, including decor and bedding. A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit for a deep clean upon move-out. We are excellent landlords that are involved but will also respect your privacy. We take pride in our rental home and are looking for tenants that will do the same, communicate transparently, and are looking for a peaceful retreat to call their own for 3-6 months. Thank you!
