This listing is for the bottom level of the home only. You will also have access to the backyard which is gated. The tenant is responsible for Utility costs. There is no smoking at this home. We ask for a security deposit in the like amount as the monthly rent. As long as there is no major damage and the lease is honored, then this is a refundable amount. We love dogs, but they can add a little more wear and tear to a home, so we ask for an additional $500 deposit and a $75 monthly fee. We require that any of the tenants go through the application process.
