Maximum of 2 pets in the home and there is an additional security deposit of $500 per pet and additional pet rent of $25/month. Utilities: Tenant must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power, water/sewer, gas, garbage and internet/cable if desired. Laundry: Home comes with washer/dryer hookups. Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping.
