Great layout for privacy, with the bedrooms spread around the house. The back bedroom exits to the big enclosed backyard. The yard is actually split with a cattle fence to divide individual yards between the main house and the small garage apartment, which is rented separately. Pet Policy: Pets (cats and dogs up to 50 lbs) are allowed; other pets subject to owner approval on a case-by-case basis. Maximum of 2 pets in the home and there is an additional security deposit of $500 per pet and additional pet rent of $25/month. Utilities: Tenant must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power and garbage. Water/sewer are included in the rent and paid by the Owner. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $35 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one, but we require you to also apply directly with us. You won't have to pay for a second screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
