Because of severe allergies of the owners, there is no marijuana usage in, on , or near the property. First and Last months rent and the security deposit is due before move in. There is a $40 monthly fee per pet with prior approval from property manager and application. The tenant is responsible for keeping the outside of the home safe and tidy. The tenant is responsible for snow removal.
