There is also an off street parking spot in front of the home beside the front door. The kitchen offers secondary access to the deck and another entryway if needed. The second floor stairwell to the second floor opens into a small foyer that grants access to each of the bedrooms, with the master bedroom abutting the beautifully appointed bathroom with a full tub, shower, and tile throughout. The second and third bedrooms are smaller than the master bed and could also be used as office spaces. The basement is a dry basement with hookups for a washer and dryer beside the laundry sink. The washer and dryer must be provided by the tenant. The basement has a locked door that enters into the garage that can accommodate a midsized vehicle fairly easily. The location does offer access to a busway a few blocks distant. Walking distance a few blocks more, a public pool and playground is available. Tenant responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash collection, gas, and lawn care. Prospective tenants will be asked to submit a Transunion/Smartmove application prior to being awarded a lease.
