Tenant shall be responsible for any fees in excess of $200 on the monthly invoice from Entergy of New Orleans and shall reimburse Landlord within fifteen (15) days of the due date noted on the invoice due to Entergy of New Orleans. Landlord shall be responsible for arrangements and all fees related to the remaining utility services on the Premises including sewerage and water, waste and recycling collection, wireless internet, and yard maintenance.
