If you're looking for a great day trip, explore the charming streets and local shops of Stanwood, just over 10 miles from your front door. This home shares its property with a guest house. Trash and Recycling will have to be brought to the transfer station (less than 10 minute drive) by tenant at tenant's expense (Recycling is free). The home is on septic so we request tenants to conserve water usage as much as possible. On occasion, heavy rains can cause road closures on roads on Camano Island, including the private road leading to this home. The Housing Association is very responsive in correcting the closures as other full time residents also live on the beach. Landlord will not be responsible for the inconvenience a natural disaster shall cause.
