Private back yard. Huge, 750 sq ft, upstairs master suite (2-story home) with 11' ceiling and 2 gables. Memory foam mattress in Master Suite. Casper memory foam queen bed in front downstairs bdrm. Nice 2nd downstairs bedroom with queen spring futon, wood flooring downstairs. Living room, parlor, dining room and kitchen with open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen, spices, sauces, coffee, espresso machine, digital toaster oven, 2 ovens, gas range, microwave, and small island. Small yard, flower garden with patio furniture, gas BBQ, sitting front porch, WIFI. 55" smart TV in parlor for streaming, 40" dumb TV in master suite. Stereo downstairs. Viewable flame gas free-standing Lopi stove for heat downstairs. Garage is for owner's use. There are a lot of indoor plants. Since the pandemic we now ask renters to water plants. This limits everybody's exposure to everybody. Rent includes utilities and WiFi. Small dog - pre-approval required. A smaller dog may be OK after discussion and pre-approval. NO SMOKING. We mean it. Don't smoke -anything. It's stinky. There is an automatic $250 charge for any evidence of smoking on the property. NOTE: We may offer infrequent in-person tours/showings. We are maintaining a strict protocol to provide confidence that the home is clean, safe and secure for current renters, my staff, you, and me. Let me repeat NO SMOKING. NOTE: This is a normal 2-storey home with stairs at entry and for upstairs master suite. No special accommodations have been made for any age group or needs.
