Tenant will be responsible for paying for their garbage, and regular maintenance of the Hot Tub. Rental is for Main House only with 1 bay of the garage. Guest House and 2 bays of the garage are not included in rental. No Pets Allowed. First Month, Last Month, and a Full Month Security Damage Deposit are required at time of signing.
